In direct interactions with Ahmed Al Marzouki, one of the Tazmamart survivors, the comic artist narrates, in a fictional mode, his moving encounter with a baby bird he found in the sinister prison. The artist also provides a visual representation of the space and its usability, as they are absent from the nation’s archives, given the political nature of the event.
